my GC is gonna expired Feb 24,2011. i sent my documents on the 7th of November which is 2 weeks earlier than the 90 days time that the instruction stated. (i know i messed up) anyways, i called USCIS and ask them what's gonna happen,the agent told me that everything is gonna send back to me because i sent the documents way too early and most of the time they don't consider. so after that i decided to pay my bills (since they are not gonna cash my check) but surprisingly December 1st they cashed my check and my direct deposit from work came on the 2nd.. in short, my check bounces...

my question is, now are they gonna send the whole documents back to me? or are they just gonna send me a letter and ask me for another check? how much is the charge for a bounce check?

i am so confused now... please help me. i just want this to get over with, im so stressed out.. i don't have any lawyer

hey guys, i need your help. i sent my i-751 documents on November 7th and VSC received it on the 10th. after i sent the documents i just realized that i sent it too early because the start of the 90 days before my GC expire is November 24th. i called USCIS and the agent told me that they are going to send everything back to me... so i started paying some bills because i thought that they are not gonna cash the check since i sent the documents too early.. but then on December 1st they cashed the check and the check bounced.

now my question is... are they still gonna send me back everything or they are just gonna send a letter and all i need to send them is another check? how much is the charge for the bounce check?
