    64 days after RFE received and still nothing. My fiance put in a service request with USCIS today. He was told we would be receiving a response within 15 days.... uggg... the most frustrating process ever!! :(

    My fiance is not coming to the interview. I want him to save the time off to come up when we get ready for POE. He is going to fly up and drive back down with us. :)

    I will have my two children with me at the interview - they are moving with me too. :)

      Hey Texas 22... Im in Winnipeg and my fiancee in Boston filed the same day back in Jan27,2012. Today we sent a RFE ( my wifes death certificate ) so I am like you in hoping they review quickly and get me to the montreal embassy for the rest of the stuff. Keep me posted on how things go.

    They received our RFE on th 13th and updated their site on the 18th.

    174 Days... they received our RFE response on July 13th and put it in the system.. Now our case status is: Request for Evidence Response Review...

    I think they are being soooo picky. There are many many RFE's going through it seems right now. Some of the January filers are coming up on 6 months now and still nothing!! :(

    Hey I just saw that about your RFE when you updated your timeline... They have "officially" received our RFE reply and our case status has changed to: Request for Evidence Response Review... anywhere from 14 to 60 days for them to respond... (sigh)
