im not planning to work until i get my green card bcoz im pregnant right now. and i recieved a letter from uscis stating rejection notice for my daughter I-765 its says . this is in reference to the I-765, application for employment authorization, you submitted. your I-765 fees and supporting documentation is being returned to you for the following reasons:

the check amount is incorrect. or has been provided. please review the form instructions for fee information..

so do i still have to pay?

im pregnant and im filling I-485 with my 7 yrs old daughter. Do i have to apply I-765 for me and for my daughter? and how much is the processing fee.?

our poe in blaine washington is went smooth last night , but they didnt give me I-94 in my passport, then i called them they said they dont issue I-94 anymore.do i have to worry?

Hi I got my packet 4 last dec. 6 don't have an appointment date yet, and they k1 visa doesnt required to fill out the ds-160. So what do I have to do to make an appointment? And do I have to pay 350 for my daughter's (k2) visa? Thanks in advance

Thanks to all I received my packet 3 last oct and case number start VAC. And I already sent the checklist and ds-230 part one. So I guess I'm having interview in Vancouver. For now I'm waiting for my packet 4, hopefully it will come soon.

Thanks for the reply. But yesterday I was in medical and most of them having interview in montreal and they live in Vancouver aswell so I got confused. And now I'm stress. Coz I have no idea where my interview is going to be held. And right now is kinda tight of budget coz is holiday. I hope they consider Vancouver for me.. Please pray for us... Thank you in advance
