      did you receive any information like a NOID or NOIR? Did you ever find out the true reason behind the denial? besides then saying it expired. Did tey say her being 29 years older then you was an issue. If you were 22 years old and she was out of child bearing years that is a red flag that you will have to overcome when you send in the I-130 evidence. And send alot of it. Good Luck

      No i didnt and not even the true reason of why it was denied. and they never mention about age,cause if they do that would be discrimination and they would be in big trouble. and the constitution states age,color and race cant be reason for rejection, and 29 years age difference doesnt means i cant have children also we have much evidence that we can prove our relationship,its been 4 years now we have been in relationship.

      did u tried to have a joint asset together? the embassies now know some American citizens do accept money to file for foreign nationals so meeting someone in another country and be hard to convince them without any ties together
