    We met online on may 16,2010, we didn't fall in love immediately but over period of time we become friend then fall in love and met in person after seven months later and we got engaged by his family acceptance. I was there for whole month with his family.After the visiting him i came back ti US and applied K1 after 2 months later.
    We were approved by USCIS and NVC and had interview on 30th November,2011,On that interview my fiance was refused due to petition expiration(Thats what US embassy Dhaka told us). but they still didnt told us what was valid reason why they reject my fiance.This tore us to pieces ,we thought yes we would get visa but even though it made us down it didn't broke us. we still love each other and we are moving for the next step. we are married now. And we are waiting to apply for CR1/ IR1.
    we have some concern about our interview what it may be like because there is a gap in our age.im 51 and my husband is 22 but we have fall in love and our both family accept us with no problem. we have been together for almost 4 years now. what we went through with the embassy in Dhaka made us worry that they may turn us down again like they did for my K1. any suggestion concerning about that matter? please help us

      did you receive any information like a NOID or NOIR? Did you ever find out the true reason behind the denial? besides then saying it expired. Did tey say her being 29 years older then you was an issue. If you were 22 years old and she was out of child bearing years that is a red flag that you will have to overcome when you send in the I-130 evidence. And send alot of it. Good Luck

      No i didnt and not even the true reason of why it was denied. and they never mention about age,cause if they do that would be discrimination and they would be in big trouble. and the constitution states age,color and race cant be reason for rejection, and 29 years age difference doesnt means i cant have children also we have much evidence that we can prove our relationship,its been 4 years now we have been in relationship.

      did u tried to have a joint asset together? the embassies now know some American citizens do accept money to file for foreign nationals so meeting someone in another country and be hard to convince them without any ties together
