Got an NVC checklist for originals of both marriage and birth certs. Both were included in the package with copies and translations!! WTH! Can I call to have someone review what I sent? They have the originals!!

It was sent to NVC, not USCIS. BUT.... it was a mix up.They sent me a checklist notifying me that I had to send in those docs as an automatically computer generated response to acceptance of the AOS packet. They still have not reviewed my IV packet. Thank God! But they should do a better job at communicating auto responses( especially when labeled checklist) They freaked me out! LOL
