    Hi everyone! I finally gave birth last May 26 at 8:53 am to a 7.7 lbs baby girl via Normal Delivery! Now I need to process the CRBA. Does anybody know if I can fill up the CRBA and US passport forms thru handwritten?

    Anyone could tell us how to get appointment letter that I could bring to my medical? Or that letter is just basically send from NVC?

      hello, preferable just go there when you have your visa already so you can get the sticker that is needed before you fly, you can do it all in one day. If you go for the seminar without the visa you have to come back... sayang pamasahe :-)

    Per Immigrant Visa Correspondence Unit ( USEM) , our visa was issued on May 17,2012 and it will take 7-10 business days for delivery/pick up. Why cant it be sooner , so we can schedule our CFO/PRISM requirement and book our flight. Hay :-(

      @caelo-- hello, you can read my review on my time line :-) , and we received the visa yesterday :-) , now onto CFO and we book our flight already for the 22nd of June

    Received an email from the NVC notifying us that they have completed processing of our visa petition, and have forwarded our case packet to the US Embassy in Manila. Thank God!!! ...'will be together soon...won't be too long now... :)

    hello.....anyone can advise us regarding for our k-1 visa status.....january 26,2012, we sent our application to USCIS in Dallas Texas and January 30,2012...we receive the I-797C.....and until now....our current status for our I-129F was still in INITIAL REVIEW.....when we can have the respond again from USCIS? or regarding about the I-797C form that my fiance was receive do we need to send back again that to USCIS but its showing only a receipt and confirmation of my birthdate and my name if...

    Well, I am now waiting for my interview next week. I must admit I'm being nervous. I never felt like this before. Any tips over there? My fiance' is coming on Wednesday to accompany me during my interview.

    Patience is indeed a virtue , we opted to wait till we received the eligibility letter from USEM and it pays off big time because now not only we have the letter , will be paying less for the K1 visa fee due to price change that will take effect on April 13,2012 (
