Why are guys wanting to close this thread.

People will be active close the end of the month until VB is published. Moreover, DOS itself has predicted VB move anywhere from 1 to 75 days in the coming months.

So guys stay tuned and have some patience.

From what I understand it means 2.5 months from May to July in total.

no its actually it can move up to 2.5 months (2.5 months or less) per each month not all in total

Some people are misreading the May 2012 Visa Bulletin. It says in the coming months, we can expect UPTO 2.5 months movement in F2A. Not minimum 2.5 months. At the same time every time they have given a number, they stick to it. So we can expect the F2A to move by 10 weeks or so. Thats gives us 1st Feb 2010. Lets hope we get the same kind of movement for the next 3-4 months and we will be in 2011 PDs.

yeah but it says that its going to move up to 2.5 months, so this is the maximum it can get, that means we might get less than 2.5 months movement. but i hope it moves by at least 2.5 months

So may visa bulletin show 15 nov 2009 so it's mean my sister in law priority date is not current ? We have to wait for next visa bulletin I mean June 2012 visa bulletin

My PD is January 2011. I already got AOS and COA notice last week!!! Very strange.

I thought the AOS notice comes just about 3 or 4 months before the interview. In that seance my case will be current in 3/4 months! how that can be?

yes i am quite sure the post is wrong it may be possible his or her petitioner got usc and upgraded the case because it almost impossible pd to jump august 31 2010 and more thing dos never set appointment for interview they only give the cut off date or some time give the date but when the nvc already made it interview letter only is responsibility of nvc not dos

Neo, they already put the upcoming visa bulletin for May 2012 and its on stand by mode . You can find it on visa bulletin page. I mean its getting close and it will be updated pretty soon

that make me right they dont tell any info for interviews via phone but NVC will issued VB soon

i was said they will issued VB for may on 5 or 6 april to give us time to get our doucmnt for interview

It says from April , we all know VB for April was 2.6 months , that means April May and June it gonna move for 2.6 months that's how i can understand that statement otherwise i don't think it gonna be 2 to 6 months i really wish but if we got 6 months movement in may and June be sure that we;'ll fall in a retro.... just right after that so better to move 2.6 rather than a year anc get a retro to 2009!!!!!
