    So... USCIS website tells me my AOS is in interview stage and that my EAD has been approved all in one day! Eeeeeeek! :D

      YAY! My guy just received his EAD/AP combo card on Saturday in the mail... no idea about AOS though! Keep me posted :D

    Back from USA. Fiancee cancer condition is more or less the same despite being there for a month. Hang in there baby girl. 126 days and still no update from USCIS, despite our petition being expedited!!!

      #######, I forgot about that. Unfortunately, since you're at the NOA1 to NOA2 stage, they can only speak with the petitioner. I think it's because nothing is approved yet so you're not in their system or something. It isn't until the NVC stage that the beneficiary can start calling for things.

      I saw on your timeline you're at VSC... maybe try emailing them with a CC to the petitioner so they see she's being copied in. Here's the email: vsc.ncscfollowup@dhs...

      Oh wow, I'm so sorry :( Immediately call USCIS and ask for an expedite. They might want to see a letter from a doctor or some sort of medical report, but call them ASAP! :(
