hi this is normal thats what they told me when i called them for the first time then i called them again after 3 4 days n then they finally told me its been approved so try after 4 5 days...but in your case they didnt say that its in AP which is a good news ...IA you will hear good news soon

Actually EAD takes around 60 days which is not bad....notice the avg time between biometrics and EAD approval...so that means you will get your EAD by the end of march ...yayyyyyyyy

four months ? i thought its 60-70 days process. i am really worried cos i just wanna get job quickly n get married. i just hope that you get gc soon so that you can start working too..i am still waiting for visa to be stamped then i will go to pak for a week or week then to FL

Don't worry INSHALLAH you will be fine. i will pray for you guys plus remember the most important thing for you at the moment is to get your visa. submit the doc on 13/14 then call DOS on 19 if they say yes you are approved then your fiancee can delay her flight if you guys really wanna go together. soon or later you will get your visa as you are not refused

ya it won't be easy for me..i live where I see plenty of ppl around me like in busses, tubes everywhere n over there it will be like they are on strike and they don't wanna come out lol and ya they also loveeeee to show skin... when ever they get chance, the avail it lol i am very use to it now...first few days it was different but now i don't even notice lol

i am working on my adjustment process and IA we gonna do civil marriage within 1 or 2 weeks so that i can apply without wasting any time..my field is related to computer networks and hopefully i will find my job quick IA ...I've been working for a while so i will just chill out until i get my permit lol..i wanna do some course on virtualization so i'll just do that in those waiting months

heyyyy i got approved..i am so happy...interview was easy he asked for statement of intent to marry from farheen which i didn't have so he said once they get that statement, they will issue me a visa ...he didn't ask for relationship proof..it feel so great...thanks for your support
