Ahhh! One of the forms (DS something or another) had his birthdate wrong. I really really hope this won't cause any trouble! We're to close to the interview date for these types of problems!
It is important that the birthdate is correct. If they issue the visa with a wrong birthdate, he has to report it and they will as him to send back the visa and get a new one, which will delay his case. I think it would be wise of you to re-send the form with the correct data.
