    After summiting documents on RFE, still no Nao2 since January 25, 2011. We are now in July 2012.

      contact your congressman or senator and express your ordeal to them.Write a letter of complain addressing it to a superior officer at USCIS to let them know your petition is due for adjudication.

      Since your husband is the petitioner it should be him that contacts his congressman or senator and explain the situation. Also, what was the RFE for and what evidence did he submit to rectify it? You need to have your husband jump on this page in order to get the right information.

      WoW! I'm complaining about 8 months. Have you tried contacting a congressman? More than likely you are like us and stuck in background checks, but it wont hurt to try.

      I'm kinda on the same boat as you..except I haven't got any RFE's.. I'm a March 2011 filter & STILL no NOA2 its been 13 months for me so far.

      They keep saying mine is pending & under background checks.

      ahh this wait is soo suffering!

      Have you contacted any one for help?

      Also keep me updated if you get an approval & update your timeline.:)
