Maybe I have missed the answer to this question but can anyone tell me about getting married once you have arrived in the US?

My fiance was issued his visa yesterday in Morocco and we're flying back to the States in May to get married.

What does he need to take to the court house in order for us to apply for a marriage license?

Hi all,

I got the e-mail today form USCIS that we are in post decision activity because the I-129F has been approved!

Now I am waiting to get the hard copy with instructions about what to do next.

I have read some not so great things about the Moroccan process so any words of encouragement would be great!

WHEW .... first hurdle passed!!!!!!!!!!
