Thanks be to God who always causes us to triumph in His name! My case was approved today. Thank you to Ssissi,liveurlife,Sandra,lordhelpme,Myjay,dee07,loveme,Macbook and everyone else. There were times I wanted to give up but you guys saw me through. Please guys do not give up. It is always darkest before dawn. Just last week I was thrown out of the house where I lived and did not know where to lay my head but God had a plan for me. I am overwhelmed. I can't even sleep right now. Im on my 5th pf I do have a lawyer and in regards to Defered action the only thing that sucks is that you dont have to have any bad record and DUI disqualifies you thats what USCIS says.

Hi everybody same here got my third Prima Facie with 60days line, USCIS will make a decision within 150 days, like you my PF will expire in June, and this last prima facie I didnt request it weird ugh hope to hear of aprovals soon 11 mo waiting

depending on your state the sooner the better mine took 3 weeks around there and the cost depends on your state

Hi MEMES congrats on your approval so are you sure even if the application for VAWA is still pending you can apply for EAD so even if your abuser was a LPR

well is not because of that i heard that she left a case for a person that was in immigration court and another case where she was supposed to get visas for 2 kids that where kidnaped by the father and she never submited the application so im starting to worry a lil

Hi everyone i got renewal of prima facia extension but i dont know if i should switch lawyer to speed up process since i had to do the renewal she didnt care to renew it and im kinda worried about this or just wait til I hear something from USCIS any comments are apreciated keep praying for every one this wait is hard

Hi everyone i have a question i applied on june 2011 for vawa on battered spouse of lpr but only sent i-360 and was wondering if you have to wait for the aproval before appling for ead or can you file I-485 and I-765 forms right away or thats only for spouse of USC

Hola m, file form i-360 for vawa collect all proof you might have, statements from witnesses, your statement, try to get shelter doc ect good luck I was in the same position and Im still wating for an answer I filed since june 2011
