Congratulations to those who have recently received approvals!!! I was an NBCer but I know that my file was at the local office based on the person who called me. I would say that even if you're at NBC, file a service request if your local office shows a processing date after your NOA1 date.

If you were told by the NVC what date they sent your case to the embassy you can then go on DHL and track it as you did. When NVC gives you a date then it's yours, if not it's a guessing game for everyone. Good luck to you

I checked DHL and that does appear to be your package since that's the date NVC gave you. Good News!!

What number is used to call the NVC? My NOA2 only provided an email.

It appears that it is taking about a month for the files to go from the CSC and scanned/arrived at the NVC. Once received, how long is NVC processing time?

Here's the number to the NVC 603 334-0700. Mine was received on 7/02 and they shipped it to BKK 7/05. So yes about 1 month to get to NVC and a couple days to process.

Ok... well nevermind. I called and they received it July 2 and sent it out July 5! And I have a case #

Hello, My NOA2 date is June 7th and they do not have a record of mine yet either...It's a little comforting knowing mine isn't the only one. I did scan in and email my NOA2 to NVC research...Hope to hear something soon for both of us!!

Hi, has anyone received notification from the NVC for NOA2 for June 5 or later from CSC? I just called today and they had no record yet of my case and told me to send a copy of my NOA2 to NVCresearch@(State?).gov. I'm curious if anyone else has received it yet?

Hi... When I first sent in my I129 I got an email first and then a letter a few days later in the mail for my NOA1. Now my NOA2 was approved on June 5, I received a letter in the mail but I have never got an email. Should I be worried about this? I guess I'm afraid that now that I won't hear from the NVC when they receive my packet or when the embassy receives it.

From reading of others about NVC receipts it looks like things are backed up. On the NOA2 to NVC processing time graph it says June 5. Should I start calling or give them another week?

Hi... I just got our approved NOA2! So now when the NVC receives it do you get notified? Also do you get notified when the consulate receives it?

My fiancee sent me colored photo copies of her passport and translated birth certificate. On this VJ site I don't see these listed in the K1 package checklist, nor is it on the USCIS website. However on another site I believe it was listed. I have them, should I sent them in my original packet or should she wait until the interview?

How should I present our pictures in the packet? I've read that I want to put our name, date and location on the back of each picture. But do I put the pictures directly in the envelope or should i put them in a bag first or paper clipped? what's the best way? I have about 30 printed off but should I choose 5 or 6 or so to send?

On the letter of intent do I use the address for both of our letters (hers and mine)? Oh and also the cover letter? Because the way I understand it everyone files there, is that right?

I have a question about number 11 on the I129F form. The question is Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance or husband/wife before?

I'm a little confused about this question because I've never filed a I129F before but I met my exwife here in the states and we started with I130 after we married. So I have been through the immigration process before but I haven't petitioned for a fiance before. Is this question only referring to the I129? Would I answer no for this question?
