    Actually in one of the RFE's from NVC they had requested my COC letter from the Singapore Police. On Feb 18th I went down to the Singapore PD office in Outram. Did fingerprints and paid the 45 SGD fee. Explicitly told the lady when sending the COC to NVC to be 100% sure to place cover letter on the envelope.
