Interviews became available last week, on Monday, March 12, at approximately 3pm EST. The dates they opened up were for interviews on April 23rd, 24th, and 25th. They must have filled up between Monday (March 12) and Wednesday (March 14), because I checked first thing Thursday morning, and it was back to saying "There are no available appointments at this time."
visa issued apr27?

I had my interview on Monday, April 23rd. When I called DOS this Monday (April 30th), they told me that my visa was issued on Friday, April 27th as well. I'm still waiting for an e-mail or CSC website update with my tracking number. Fingers crossed it happens before the end of this week!
