      Hi guys lm a R k3 visa..living here now michigan for more than a year.did not done paperswork yet.And my k3 visa is about to expired this end of the month do i need to extension my visa ten applying for application to register permanent residence or adjust status?got her in usa feb 24 2010.expired k3 visa is november 30....departure expiration record is feb 23 2012.If i let my visa visa expired is really coz a problem and u will be called out status?I would appreciate any help Of u guys
