We thank our Heavenly Father, my husband arrived home from Nigeria safely to America today. We are so happy to have our family complete!

ATTENTION: Anyone who got approved on Oct. 23 and was suppose to collect there visa on Oct. 30 but was delayed due to Nigeria Holiday can collect it today....My husband just called me and told me he went today and was able to collect it!

When my wife was doing research on the spousal visa and the fiance visa, the USCIS told her they are really hard on fiance visas and it will be easier if she came her and married me and then applied for the spousal visa...She married me here in 9ja and it only took us 9 months and 2 weeks to go through the process. My visa was approved yesterday, Hopes this helps!

please i was going through the DC 230 on question 31b. person(s) named in line 14 and 29 who will follow you to the Unite State at a later date...and i included their names on question 29.

I have two sons that may joint me in four year time to unite state... my question is, do I need to state their names on 31b?????
