    So hard not to feel jealous of the people who are getting to spend Valentine's Day together with their beloved. I keep trying to pray pray pray for peace, but instead it comes out bitter. >.

      I know what you mean. I am so glad God understands and does not hold those things against us. I thank God for the opportunity for this walk. It will make me appreciate my husband much more. Hang in there, keep praying and know you are not alone.

    help help...I'm compiling all the documents for NVC and i have my husband's police certificate from Ghana. which he got it done May 5,2011 can I still send it with my packet to the NVC or do he need to get an updated one. How long are they good for?? and what kind of visa will get since im filing for cr1/ir2. im really confused on the visa thing. is it a k3 visa

      I think the police certificate expires in like 3 months. Let him get another one. The visa type depends on how long you have been married. I think CR-1 is less than two years and IR-1 is more than two years. Something like that but I agree with togetherforever13 you should post in a forum for better answers.

      We were just finalized at the NVC in NH. I was told to call back on Dec 16th to get a interview date from Ghana. I can't wait to see when that will be. How long has the wait been for interviews?
