    hi, i can see that you just emailed the DS-3032 form to NVC... don't you have to send the physical form to NVC?

    did you just sign and scanned the DS-3032 form?

    we thought we had to send it via the old fashioned snail mail... good thing we haven't yet... please advise..

    I just emailed the template form ds3032 and 14 days after i recived the approvation: :)

    You don't have to scan the DS-3032. You can just send in an e-mail with the following contents.

    NVC Case No: xxxxxxxxxx

    CIS Receipt No: xxxxxxxxxx

    Petitioner's Name: Last Name, First Name

    Petitioner's Date of Birth: xxxxxx

    Beneficiary's Name: Last, First

    Beneficiary's Date of Birth: xxxxx

    To Whom It May Concern:

    My name is xxxx, and my visa case number is xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

    Per the DS-3032 (Choice of Address and Agent forImmigrant Visa Applicants), I would like to appoint my husband/wife, xxxx, asmy agent of choice to receive all future correspondence from the U. S.Department of State. His contactinformation is provided below:

    Name: xxxxx

    Address: xxxxx

    Phone: xxxxxxxxxxx

    Email: xxxxxx

    All mail from the U. S. Department of State concerning myimmigrant visa should be sent to theaddress above.

    last tuesday i sent the ds3032(for my son ) to NVCInquiry@state.gov, something like this:

    NVC Case No: xxxxxxxxxx

    CIS Receipt No: xxxxxxxxxx

    Petitioner's Name: Last Name, First Name

    Petitioner's Date of Birth: xxxxxx

    Beneficiary's Name: Last, First

    Beneficiary's Date of Birth: xxxxx

    and yesterday i receive this e-mail from nvc:

    Dear Sir/Madam:

    The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition:

    We are unable to process your request as this type of action may only be performed with the authorization of the petitioner/applicant/legal representative. Please have the petitioner/applicant/legal representative contact us directly.

    I don`t undestand ,last night i sent another ds3032 signed and dated togueter with the template again ,but i don`t know if that will be fine. :help:
