OMG!!! I just got a RFE...How bad is this? Does this make it harder to be approved? I dont know how to feel about it. On the one hand Im glad to have heard something, but clearly this was not ideal.

Oh, really? I wonder were I can find out for certain. I've now been told two different things, but I tend to think what you are telling would be the safest assumption. Thanks =)

I'm not sure who I should include in my household for the I134^ support. Obviously myself and fiance and My niece makes three, but my nephew was included in 2011 tax info but won't be this year and my fiancee daughter will not accomapany him but follow instead do I count her now?
