    Hi! The documents that are for the interview in Santiago can be in English or Spanish (at least when we did it in August2011). Only the documents that are sent to the US need to be in English. So, I never translated his military status certificate, it was okay to bring it in Spanish to the interview in Santiago. Hope this helps!
