    Hi! We were told that my fiance had to pay the visa before his interview. So he paid at ChileExpress and brought the receipt (comprobante de pago) with him to the interview, which they asked to see at the embassy. We didn't see anyone paying their visa at the time of the interview that I know of. Let me know if you have any other questions and best wishes!
