Hi , Ihave question and need your help dear visa journey friends
We are permanent residents, and would like to sponsor our son who is 25 year old, unmarried and he is in US for 7 years but illegal .Is he able to do adjustment of status? Thanks
-
Just spoke to them, they just arrived and no problem at all at the POE,they didn,t even ask them for how long they stayed in own country, but when they apllied for citizenship that would come up i guess, but thanks every one
-
It is not about my parents,it is my brother in law, they taught maybe that US immigration officer are not able to check their entry for all this 5 years they have been doing this
-
Every time they enter the US at the airport they have been asked for how long did they stay in the own country, they just said 2 months, and they let them go,but i'm pretty sure that if they want they would check it,what about if they found out that they lied because they are staying here almost 11 months, and only 2-3 months in US?
-
Last year they enter the US in June stayed 2 months came back in August, and this year they just left which is more than 180 days, but they never has a problem entering the US,they were doing this for 5 years, thanks a lot for helping us out
-
Thanks guys, that is what i taught also, they left yesterday and plan to stay more than a year now, because someone told them to stay more this time and would not be a problem which i doubt it ,because they never paid taxes neither worked there, thanks

What do you think about amendments for the people who got the 10 year ban,any changes in this part from the new bill, thanks
-
Thanks jolly786,because in the article says after Dec 31 2011
-
The bill includes path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants who arrived in the US after Dec 31 2011,What about the other immigrants before this date, what do you guys think about it?
-
No, I'm not saying that this relationship should be for immigration purpose, because they live together for 3 years, and he loves her,but he was wondering if he can get a green card thru his dad, that's all
-
Thanks to all your help guys, looks like he must marry his girlfriend who's dating for almost 3 years, because he overstayed more than a year, and he would trigger a 10 year bar if he return in home country, hid dad just got a LPR
-
Yes he is out of status more than 6 months, but he must remain single right?
-
Waiting times in not a problem for him, unless he can do AOS,without returning in his home country, thanks guys
