  1. I would registering for an account unless you have already done so. It could also be a browser or firewall issue with the javascript that returns the case information. Is it coming back with an error, or is it saying it can't find your case?

    Yep, we've already registered an account, after input our case no., it shows "Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.", so my fiance called them twice, they told him it is their system's problem and let us wait, so maybe after their maintenance we can check our case status, :unsure:

  2. we have the same situation, we got NOA1 at the beginning of August, VSC, and till now, we still cannot track our case status on USCIS' website, :unsure: , my fiance called 1.800.375.5283 twice, but each time they told him everything is ok and we have to wait and will get approval on late Dec. or Jan., :blink:

    and I just saw someone mentioned there is maintenance of USCIS website on Dec., maybe after the maintenance, we can track our case status, we'll see, :rofl: , Good luck to all!
