Of the USC? If they're running background checks, then it might take a little longer compared to a missing picture or a missing letter of intent. I'm not saying that's the case, just that there are factors we don't see from this side. Hope you'll hear something soon though.

What was your RFE for? It's usually not going to take long but depends on the RFE and the person sitting with your case/petition. If they have a whole pile of RFE responses to go through on their desk, then it's going to take longer than if they only have a couple of them to go through.

hola a todos soy nueva en este foro como estan quiero preguntar algo hhaber si alguin me ayuda tenemos ya mas de un mes desde que la oficina de vermont recibio nuestra respuesta a al rfe pero todavia no nos han repondido nada ustedes creen que sea normal por que la mayoria de los casos que he visto aqui siempre les responde de 10 a 5 dias

cuando yo cumpli los cinco meese exacto mi novio llamo al USCIS y nos dieron un services request y nos dijieron que esperaramos 15 dias y luego volvieramos a llamar bueno antes de que pasaran los 15 dias mi novio le envio un mesanje al a la oficina de vermont preguntando por el caso y ellos nos respondieron diciendo que el caso esta bajo supervisacion y que tendremos una repuesta dentro de 60 dias mi novio volvio y llamo AL uscis y lo que nos diejoron fue lo mismo del mensake que hay que esperar 60 pero que de todos modos sigieramos llamando cada 15 dias

you do not have to inform USCIS just have to inform the Embassy in the UK to keep you astray the package number three happened to me the same thing and that's what they said
