I totally feel you. They respond to emails after a month. Thats how it happened with us. Regarding the calls, keep calling they will answer. I dialed over 100 times within an 1 hour until they answered. I was histerical! When they finally answered they finally answered they said they still didnt have a date for us. Have you called? You need to call on mondays or wednesday between 2 and 3:30pm. It will take you a while to get an answer but be persistent with the calls. Have your case # on hand and they will then email you the packet. Yes they are very slow to give you a date, but the interview is super easy and fast.

I believe the embassy will schedule the interview a couple of days before the noa2 expires. My interview was 12 days before expiration. And it was very short, only 4 questions and approved!
