Hmmm, not to my knowledge. The only way he can adjust is through the K1 and subsequent marriage to you. You didn't mention it, so I am assuming that you are not divorced yet?
Quick question to you. Have you reported to USCIS the facts regarding your situation? It appears at first glance that he only wanted to use you to gain admission into the US. Protect yourself as he may try to turn the tables on you. Save all evidence of any nasty emails/texts etc....

    Good Evening Everyone,
I was feeling a little down today and I thought I could express my self a little on here. Seeing as most of you have found yourselves in similar situations, I thought I could write a little bit here to remind other people (and myself) that we are not alone. I am really missing my wife these days. We were married on 12/9/2011 and I have only seen her a total of 32 days since we first met in June of last year. We are in the final stages of the visa process as I just sent the actual Visa application on 8/2. I guess I'm just feeling very lonely today and missing my wife terribly. I hope anyone else out there who finds themselves in same circumstances that the process goes quickly and well for you. Wishing you all the best of luck. Goodnight and Good Luck.

Case worker is correct, the husband must be included and documented on the case. His income will be considered, when and if there is income. Having the husband information, doesn't mean he will be receiving any benefits, what it does means is benefits may be adjusted downward.
Wife should have discussed her options with the caseworker pior to entering into the marriage, so she could have been made aware of all of the pitfalls. If the caseworker donot include the information regarding the husband and something should happen to the children or wife, the state can be held responsible.
Yes, if your wife is receiving any type of aid from the state, she must report all information about you.
