We got an email from the USCIS that our case was received on 12/27 and is on inital review on the website. We would appreciate any help or any insite into what to expect from this point. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! I've just been spending time with the kids!!
120 days from 12/27, this is what they will ask you to wait before calling. Have your Congressman make that Congressional inquiry on that 120 day mark. If you call they will add on 60 more days to your wait
