Just to let everyone know that I've contacted my Senator today. The hubby and I will be filling a consent form and I will be faxing it tomorrow with our other correspondence from the Congressman. Will keep everyone updated on our progress. Thanks a lot for being mindful of us!
The CO does the review before the interview at the window. They are the one that makes all the decisions and their decision is standing and can't be overturned by anyone. They also have no agency policing them.
That's awful. One person should not have the power to make a life changing decision like that for another without having to answer to someone for it. Too many biased and prejudice personal factors make up people. No one person can be "fair" in all things. Even a federal judge can be overturned.
