Hola, I have a few questions related to submitting the medical report after the interview, which it looks like you did. Was your fiancee able to submit the medical reports after the interview? Also, if yes how long after the report was sent it in was your visa approved. Thank you and Happy NUEVO Year!

Thank you! We are moving forward after another long discussion and clearing up some, in the end, minor issues. YES..our interview date is on the 23rd of this month!! We are running around trying to complete the various requirements, but excited.

Hello have been approved. Well we will soon schedule the interview and hope for the final interview and seal of approval. YEAH YES!!!

I sent in the same document, but a copy per the instructions. the difference being this is the original recently certified document with the raised seal. It clearly says Final Judgement and Decree of Divorce, so why they said it was not a legal termination document baffles me.. I just hope and pray that is the only issue. If they send out another RFE I will explode...

HEY CONGRATS!! I'm sorry i posted in the april 129f thread..we received an RFE last week. I have sent in the evidence of a legal, final, official divorce documentation since what I had sent was rejected. Good luck to you on the rest of the journey.

I hear you hang in there your time will come. It was almost 4 months before we heard anything..keep your head up it will work out.

HOLA! Ours was last handled, touched on 4/18. I will wait until next Thursday to start calling since it will be 6 months then.

I hope they do complete it soon. We were wisihing for an xmas/New Year's reunion in the USA with her sister that she has not seen in 8+ years and other familia that are in the USA. As is I think an RFE is not likely at this point.. No doubt I will post once I hear.

YES!! I hope so..but am again trying to to not think much about it, since others have been delayed. I wish you luck and fast processing after the NOA2!! It is frustrating to be honest..but we must be positive.
