    Got a RFE after such a long wait.. My case has fallen out side the normal processing times, I sent a email to the lawyer state I was filing a Greivence now she's inquiring on our behave, Then a letter comes wanting more evidence.. At least I am getting some movement so I guess I should be happy..Weve been waiting a year since I filed.. It's madness

      Yep.. Not even sure why I got that I sent all the stuff your suppose to.from there guidelines the lawyer put the stuff together and surely would have said we are missing stuff or needing more things..
