Interview was a breeze. Standard questions about her, me, and our relationship. I suggest arriving about 0730 for the 0800 appt time. After paperwork check/turn-in, the interview itself took maybe 3 minutes. Good luck to you and your finacee.

No,Ekaterinburg doesn't do Immigrant or K Visa processing at the consulate, only in Moscow. Believe me, we checked and it even states so on their webpage. Oh well.
