    Hmm, I don't think so...the birth certificate I had for my wife was a single page (front and back). The front said "Acta de Nacimiento" and was from the Registro Civil; it has the names of both parents, grandparents, and two witnesses. On the back, it says (en español) that it's an official copy of what the Registro Civil has.
