What kind of waiver have you filed, and when? Is the husband the petitioner or the beneficiary?

Please help!!

If your husband lost his job, does he still meet the poverty guidelines of I-864 to sponsor you? Do you have co-sponsor then?

He los his job on december/20/2012 and now he is currently on unemployment benefits i dont know if that counts but if no we have my brother-in-law as co-sponsor if needed.. Should i submit an i-864 with the waiver or they will requested at a later time in consulate? Thank you for your help also my husband suffer from epilepsy seizure attacks but now that he lost his job he cant get a letter from doctor but he has his medical records for the las 7 years what do you think i can do?? Its i-601 for ilegal presence for more than one year and my husband just statr to filed the waiver he is doing his hardship letter we will send it to the lockbox in about 15 more days..husband is the us citizen .. Thanks

OMG, best advice of the day call DOS for interview date. Guess what? I did call them and I got it, my date is set for Dec 3 @ 7:30 am in Kingston.....

I was not on hold long 3 min & 26 sec and the lady was very, very nice.... Funny called the NVC over lunch and they had nada, hummmmmmm...

Yes it applies for AOS too,, it takes around a week and a half to get complete if everything its ok sometimes it takes less you are welcome if you have more questions let me know ... Bye

Hi you have to scan all civil documents and convert them into PDF file and yes you have to scan the pictures as well But scan both photos, facing up, side by side. I also put the case number on there,date of birth and name of beneficiary on a white page and send them to

NVCElectronic@state.gov
