Did you put in the change of address with the USCIS when you moved? They should know you moved. You can provide proof of living together at the old address and the new. The evidence spans the whole time of your marriage. People move. I am sure they see evidence spread out from different addresses all the time.

Divorce her and let her apply for ROC on her own and have her try to explain to the USCIS that after receiving the 2 year GC she moved out within 30 days. That is a very big red flag that the marriage was entered into just for the GC especially since she did not divorce you right after moving out. Divorce and move on with your life. Let her deal her immigration situation. Now that she has her 10 year GC she can apply either with you or without you for the 10 year GC, but she must show that the marriage was entered into in good faith. IMHO, I would look at this case and make her have to really explain why she moved out after receiving the 2 year GC and not filing for divorce right away.

I am sorry, the way it was written just seemed very suspicious. If my opinion counts, I wouldn't assist her on that. She used you from Day 1.

I am just scared that she will start using you again, when she realizes that her green card is about to expire and starts doing and saying things like: I am sorry, it wasn't meant like that or give us another chance.

yup, sounds like a scam.

You'll need to generate hard evidence of it,

and get into a local office via an infopass appointment

and

then ask to talk wtih the FDNS officer.

Docmentation is very important.

Still, it's on the FDNS officer to investigate, so expect some time on this.

a copy of a tax return is not a requirement for ROC. it's only beneficial when it's a joint return. check the VJ Guide and submit as much joint evidence as possible.

Didn't you receive a 1099? You will also need to do the form that shows your income is not taxable. I got an RFE for almost the same reason, I completed the form in the link and returned it to USCIS, they already had a statement from SSI as to my income and after getting the form showing I don't pay taxes all was fine.

The bills, pictures, and affidavits from friends and family will work. I submitted 12 pictures some from visits some from wedding and then had 8 affidavits. No joint bank account, no bills with both our names and I had not problems with it. So I would think you having what you listed above should help! Good luck!

you need to show your living togather same address and do things togather as married couples do. prove that your a true bondafide marriage,summit lease, utility bills,joint banking.insurance, driver license showing the same address,if your both in any clubs togather, you have a childs birthcertificate,any trips togather receipts,jointly taxes,some pictures different times and places, junk mail addressed to both of you.letter from friends affidavit of knowing both of you and your marriage, loans togather,
