  1. Good day! I badly needed help... I am hoping anyone could at least help us out regarding my situation. I had my interview at US Embassy, Manila last July 28, 2016. Due to some unintentional matter,  I got denied. I was then given a letter right after my interview stating the caused why i got denied.

212(a)(6)(C)(I)  -  You sought to procure, or have procured, a visa or entry into the United States by fraud or by the willful misrepresentation of a material fact.

Further explanation said that since my case didn't fall for those other ineligibilities, I can apply for a waiver. It is also stated that my petition will be returned to the USCIS through NVC for reconsideration and disposition.

My problem now is that, We've been calling USCIS before and they said that my petition papers are  not back yet to USCIS even at the NVC. They cant give us further instructions regarding the filling of the waiver if my petition papers are not sent back there. They said that i should call the US Embassy Manila about it. Me and my fiance have been calling the US Embassy Manila for SO MANY TIMES but the Customer service cant give us the information we wanted. They keep telling us to wait for it, but it is almost a year now and still we never get anything back from US Embassy Manila regarding the status of my paper if it is forwarded already or not. We are losing hope here. Can anyone tell us how long would it take for them to send it back? What shall we do?  PLease..Please..I am begging anyone here who could help us out. Thank you and God bless Everyone...
