If he has his green card and the new passport, he should be fine for the US. I know the old K-1 and maybe the B-1/B-2 are irrelevant anyway. Probably going to have to apply for a new visa to China.
I had a 40 page US passport they yanked from me last time at POE because I had lost it, replaced it, and then found it again. Since I only had about a half a page left in the old passport, I tried to use it to enter the US. They took it from me. I guess their computers are better than most people think. I had valid visas in there to 4 or 5 countries. I guess it's no big deal now, but at the time kind of annoyed me.

Ok another silly question that should be obvious...I fill out I-134 for support correct? But packet 4 contains I-864? Is this just for immigrant visas that need the form? or which one do they need?
You are correct. You fill out the I-134 for a K-1 visa. The I-864 is for IVs.

It's from a nationally recognized immigration reform organization often interviewed and quoted by the mainstream media. If you have proof they are lying...here is your chance to refute it. I doubt that a poll of VJers would be credible proof to back up your claims.
I think that a credible poll on VJ would proabably back up the numbers quoted in the article! I find those numbers very believable.

Looking back, it doesn't seem that bad, but when we had to wait, it seemed to take forever. It is hard to believe there is nothing else to do, other than for Chutima to send in her voter registration, but there's no rush for that. Without any prompting from me, she wants to join the Republican Party!

AAm and I are still sitting on our removal of conditions. We sent it in 3 months ago to VSC...got our NOA1 a few weeks later...and just crickets since then...no notice for biometrics yet...
I may have to give them a call...Daboyz...whats up with you going up to Detroit (saw it on linkedin brother) and now asking about Canada info? You migrating north for the winter? You know as well as I do that your wife will never be able to handle a MI winter, much less a Canada winter! AAm's first winter in MI almost killed her, seriously...pneumonia and in the hospital for a week. Its a bit more mild over here near DC now...and she's built up a bit of immunity...

(Actually, I was relieved when I reread this, because at first I thought Robert said "grey looking goatee" and that it may be time for a dye job..."whew" dodged that bullet!)
FYI, I teach in Asia every summer, hence the reason I have met so many Asian people. (Not that I would defame anyone that may have met their spouse via other means.)

So in the excruciating count down to interview time, my fiancee is obsessing about all the possible things that can go wrong in the interview and have the visa denied. I don't recall seeing anyone denied from the Bangkok embassy for a K-1 and post about it here. Anyone know of anyone denied and why?
Most people are eventually approved. Bangkok is better than many other places, that's for sure. But if you haven't seen any denials, then I think you probably didn't go back far enough. There are lots that have not been approved on the first try. Many of those got a visa on the second try. I think the most common reason was that the embassy did not believe the relationship was real.
From what I can tell, the more reasons the beneficiary has NOT to leave Thailand, the more likely the visa is to be granted. For example:
Things like this tend to result in a favorable decision on the first try:
has a good job
owns property in Thailand
has money
has a college education
speaks English fluently
is from Bangkok
long relationships
Things like this tend to cause more scrutiny:
not enough photos of you together in different places at widely different times
does not speak English well (especially if you do not speak Thai)
no high school education
no job/money
is from the Northeast
short relationships
ever worked in a bar

You have talked about how much money you spent for your Sin Sot, even pointing out that you posted a picture of it on Wikipedia, and how you are a professor, and how you always seem to act like you are better than everyone else! Do you think you are the only one on here that has a college degree and makes good money? Have you ever considered that some people are as educated and wealthy as you but don't feel the need to disclose this type of personal information on a public website? The purpose of this web site is to help others going through the immigration process; not talk about how good they are, which obviously seems to be your thing. The fact that you came up with your two lists shows how arrogant and unsympathetic you are to others going through this process. People here don't need to know how much money you paid for your Sin Sot, because all it does is make it harder on those who don't have that kind of money to throw around. Using vocabulary that most people never use in day to day conversations doesn't make you look smarter, it makes you look smug. If you can't offer advice that will help the average person going through this process succeed, then you need to find a web site that only caters to the rich, educated, and egotistical. (Notice I didn't use the adjective "famous", because you are certainly not that.) You only make people wonder; If he is as educated and wealthy as he profess', why is it he had to go to Thailand to find a bride? There are many of us here who were already working and traveling overseas when we met our fiancées, not stalking them on the internet. Which one are you? Please don't assume that all of us on here are poor, old, uneducated, fat, bald, ugly Americans that can't find anything better. We can't all be like you and have such a gay looking goatee; however, we can surpass your education and income level, but chose not to flaunt it in other people's faces.

I would contend that there is not a moral issue either.
There is probably a Christian issue.
Adultery IS a legal issue, though now days it is not cause for a divorce. Now days, the primary reason for divorce is when the marriage is “irretrievably broken”. Being “separated” means living in two different domiciles, NOT living together. A divorce doesn’t, or shouldn’t, take 5 years to accomplish, as is the case with thongd4me, which he clearly shows in his timeline. Anytime an individual who is legally married has sex with another person; that is adultery, plain and simple. This has NOTHING to do with being a “Christian”. It has to do with both statutory laws and religious laws. There is a reason why certain States require that a husband and wife live apart during their divorce proceedings, which then classifies them as being legally “separated”. Legalities aside, any person involved in a divorce is in no way emotionally available to get involved in another relationship, and I don’t know many women who would have anything to do with a man, who is “separated”, as they know what will be the potential outcome. As for men, they don’t think with the proper brain in these cases and don’t have a problem going after a woman who is “separated”.
Getting involved with another person, while in the midst of a divorce, shows a total lack of moral character and judgment, given that the individual is not emotionally available, and statistically tends to end up in yet another failed relationship. This is known as a “rebound relationship”. An individual should not be looking for another partner before they have terminated their current relationship, resolved all their issues, and is ready for another relationship. These facts are well documented.
The fact that thongd4me was entering into a relationship with not just another woman, but a married woman, does not show good judgment. The fact that he is trading one Asian woman in for another Asian woman, shows both insecurity and an obsession for Asian women on his part. Additionally, the fact that he constantly posts about his “ex-wife”, shows that he still has issues that he needs to deal with before he is fully capable of entering into a healthy relationship.
Though I don’t believe this is a proper topic for this thread, the topic was brought up, and I felt compelled to respond.

He had no problem with it at all.
