Hahaha i posted before finish writing, well i just check the USCIS website and my card is in production, I hope this information help some you guys. My advise for everyone is don't Panic at the interview stay calm at all time so you can control the conversation with the officer, And good luck for all of you, I'm sure you all will receive your cards soon!!

My Husband and I had our interview at Los Angeles downtown office today.

We Sworn in by the IO. Then we Sit down and handed over our drivers licenses, passports, old EAD. The officer started with the basic questions on what is your wife/husband's name and then she ask me all the information that was in my I 485. She ask my husband all his personal information and that was all. She walk away and stay in other office for about half hour and when she come back she apologize she tell us that she was asking something to her boss because she was new in that office and then she tell us that our application has been approved.

That was all! She talked about I 751 and we were all done. The officer was really friendly she explain us about the citizenship and how important was to don't stay outside of the US for long periods of time. Clearly she had her mind made up before we even sat down. After all i bring a suitcase of evidence and photos with me she never ask me for nothing.

Most important of all, She give me a letter that my application was approved and that i have to wait from 2 to 4 weeks for the card. I my card production has been ordered so I should have my card soon! Yay!

And in other news, FINALLY got my EAD approval email last night. I was not expecting it on a friday night at all, especially before a long weekend. Anyway here's hoping I can finally be a real person soon and everything will start to mend itself!

you should try to call them again and ask for a tier 2 officer

Yes you should try to call them, I call them, and after 6 hours from my call they send me a text back and they schedule me for interview!!! Hope you luck

It is a combo card! They usually only update the EAD with 'card production' but it is actually a combo card!

Congratulations to those who have recently got their EAD applications approved and for those who have been set interviews or had their GC applications approved! My case was transferred to California and I have yet to hear any news on my I-485 application. As it is Christmas this week, I am not expecting to hear anything until the New Year. So with that in mind I am going to try and stop obsessing over everything and just enjoy Christmas, especially as my family are flying in from England this week and staying until the new year

So I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy holiday and a blessed and fantastic new year! I'll be back in the new year, i'm giving myself a vacation from VJ lol. Kaibosh - GOOD LUCK with your interview tomorrow

On December 14, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. EAD APPROVED, yeah!!! I was SO worried about it, now im happy

Got our interview apt letter today, dec. 20th, no chance of moving that up eh

Question tho, it says we must need to bring evidence of support unless already provided along with evidence of vacination and a medical in a sealed envelop unless already provided. Does the medical submitted for our K1 count as already submitted? And we already submitted evidence of support in the AOS package does that count as well? Any help would be appreciated
