The interview was no sweat at all..Pre screener asked me just 3 questions..The American consul interview took less than 2 minutes....And the sad part is they put me under Administrative Processing...I asked them if there's any documents missing and the lady in the counter said i got all the docs and they are good...and yet i am under AP..

You also had another checklist after your case has been completed.where you told by mail or phone to resubmit for interview?

NVC sent us a checklist to fill in some wrong information and a letter from my husband stating why he did not file tax..

The 2nd Checklist for AOS still, was because of the missing information about the wife of our co-sponsor..WE forgot to put her name in Part 6 a,b, and c..They file joint income tax that's why the wife's name should be written there..

I found that out when i called NVC..They said my case is complete but i have another Checklist for AOS and to just bring the new AOS form during the interview

yes, you can send the AOS package once it shows paid..

The IV bill invoice wont show up until the ds-3032 is accepted and acknowledge by NVC and for my case it was 14 days after i sent them the DS-3032 template. It will be sent together with the acceptance of the Choice of Agent..The reason we pay both bills together is because when we had the AOS Bill Invoice, we waited until my husband was back in the states to do it.....Don't be confuse, you are doing okay...you go ahead send your...

Yes, we received our NOA2 hardcopy last May 4...Hubby called NVC today but they said they dont have our case yet..So maybe call again on Monday.. How about you, did u try some luck?

Yea we receive the hard copy too but have not even tried calling nvc.my.husband.is currently with me in Nigeria in a short visit so we just having fun.lol.he will return next week though.update.me if any update.

Ok...Have fun there..haha..my husband is here too and will to the states on May 30th...anyway, i will update you if we will have some good news about NVC
