We also got an RFE at our interview. They gave us 3 months to submit it, so -on the advice of the VJers- we took our time gathering additional evidence of our bonafide marriage. We submitted in-person at our local office about a month later and received the GC a week later. Let us know how Monday goes! Fingers crossed for you....

They gave us a month to submit it. We sent it within 2 weeks on July 1. And unfortunately Monday's Infopass was no help. I asked the officer if he can let me know if they received my response. He said if you sent it then they must have received it. And the went on to tell me I have to be patient and wait because our case is a continuous case for the reason that I already has an interview. Its so frustrating to not know anything.

No, as I mentioned I already had an interview in June which is when I received the RFE.

I had my interview on June got a RFE during the interview and still waiting for a response on the RFE. I made a INFOPass for Monday. Hopefully, I get some good news. This waiting game is getting the best of me.

Congrats, You can us the USPS obiously not regular i have send my fiance packets to EL Salvador and they arrived just fined and in less than 2 weeks so you should be fine on time. You could either use the priority or expressed mail they are fast and way cheaper than fedex. Good Luck

The problem I was having with my cellphone record is that when ever my fiance calls me his number never comes out as NBR Unavailable, it use to show up but since I changed my contract to unlimited in t-mobile it doesnt show up....When the time comes for me to send my fiance prove show I just send it to him like that and have him explain how since it is an international number it doesnt appear on my phone record..

Thanks, now what about if my mother could be my only co-sponsor would she have to include me because she puts me in her taxes so would it be for only her and my new spouse or would she have to add me too...

I am a student so I am not currently working therefore I have to have a co-sponsor, but my mothers income is not enough so can I have my brother as co-sponsor as well to and add their incomes to meet the requirement.

I wanted to know if I can use two co-sponsors and add their incomes to meet the poverty level. We all live in the same house and I would use my brother and mother as my co-sponsors, Im just not sure if Im able to do this...?

I am freaking out too. I send my on Monday last week, its wednesday and still nothing I'm getting so worried. Praying to god they send it soon and everything goes well.

I just came back from the post office, just send my packet off to USCIS. I am so excited and nervios at the send time. I can stop thinking did I miss anything what if I forgot something oh gosh this wait is going to kill me lol. Hopefully everything goes smooth and well. Praying for this to be over and be with my honey bear already!!

Okay so I've been wondering if this will be a problem - my fiance and I are second cousins and I am worried it may be a problem and we might get denied....We are also a young couple he is 21 and I am currently 19. Do you think this will make are case more dificult. I am planning to send my I-129F packet soon and Iam getting worried it might.
