    hi. my K1 visa is about to expire and i can not enter into the US before that date because of family reasons, my fianc'e and I agreed that i will apply for a tourist visa to be together this coming holidays, can i apply now for a tourist visa while my fiance is still in effect till november 09? what is the chance of getting the visa, anyone knows or have an experience like this? please help,thanks

      you got the visa sis? or u just got NOA2... if it's visa... I have no idea... but if its NOA2, I think you just have to make a letter that states your intention to extend your k1 petition approval...
