Hi Liz, we called in a little over a week ago and they sent in a service request for us and then we got an RFE....and then we were able to see our case online finally. We are sure that is when they finally started to work on our file after the service request. You are way beyond the 5 month waiting period like we were and I would suggest calling agaoin and demanding the service rep to issue a service request........All the best and good luck to you and God bless.........John and Johanna
