Good afternoon guys, I sent my N400 application on 2/1/2017, and went for fingerprints on 2/13/2017, today is the 9/2/2017

my status still FINGER PRINTS APPOINTMENT, on 6/26/17 I inquired about my cause and I got on 8/16/2017 I got a letter saying

that my cause is still pending "SECURITY CHECK", then today I got another letter from USCIS stating that they have recently

sent me a "FINGERPRINTS NOTICE" re-scheduled me for fingerprints this coming 9/11/2017.....ANY IDEA WHATS GOING ON???????

*note: I have a clean record, thanks god.

Hey, i dont know what are talking about? i adjusted my status from withing the USA. i was already an student on a F1 visa, i did not have to pay anything but the AOS application fee, plus the medical examination.

We were approved last Thursday. We were the last couple to be interviewed.

During the interview, the only question we were asked was were we met. Then

the interviewer told us to show what we brought with us, from there on I

was the only one talking and showing our proofs of our relationship.

After the interview my wife was actually laughing because it looked

that I conducted the interview, jajaja.

To conclude, the interview lasted about 10 minutes, and then the interviewer

said, "I WILL NOW GO AHEAD A APPROVE YOUR APPLICATION", then we waited outside

and waited for the stamp on the passport.

New York City processing time is June 1, 2011 as of Dec 31, 2011. You are like 3 months away from the current processing time (Your priority date is 11/21/2011.) Please consult a thread about New York timeline in the sub-forum.

i decided to call the uscis to complaint about the EAD, they said that they said that i am

going to receive a letter withing 15 days.

are they going to deny me? or maybe reistate my previews case AED which will expire in march 13?

i am worry here, and loosing hopes.

Your post was moved because you said you are adjusting status from within the US from a student visa. A CR-1 is a marriage visa when the spouse is not in America.

You shouldn't have trouble adjusting. You were denied because you filed at the wrong time, but as the spouse of a USC you will now have a visa number immediately available.

NOW, I MARIED MY WIFE (USCITIZEN) AND I APPLYED FOR AOS AGAIN LAST MONTH.

DO I HAVE ANY REASON TO WORRY.?

I did researched, but i want some one to confirm the information i have. Because what i dont nderstand if that is the amount that they look for on the affidavits to determine if someone is above the minimun guidelines, in my case then there will be six person to sponsor ( 4 kids, the joint sponsor herselff and me).
