Thanks vivian and po... I did my celebration in the october filers thread... "Sitting on cloud NOA2" but i don't think fiance' received the notification via flowers and chocolates yet... So that's when the real excitement will hit. Flowers have a very magical effect on her.. Now istead fo checking the USCIS page i will check he status to see when she receives the goods... ...

yeah.. also i saw yours was a international decree.( i saw this a long time ago viewing your comments ). the divorce decree in my case is a good old USA divorce.. So basically case closed... anyday now We will receive the NOA2

oh man! I think I only sent a photocopied version of the divorce decree. Now I have something to worry about. The directions for 129F are that only a copy need be provided. Anyhow I guess even a RFE may be good as it is a sign of things progressing...

Congrats on your NOA2. Even with your delays, you still managed to be roughly in time with CSC processing center without any delays.

Thanks.. you must have seen me visit your profile. I saw your NOA2 date and was checking to see if you had a RFE... I suppose I could have seen it in the table but for some reason i checked profiles. I am expecting no RFE and a NOA2 of March 1st.. By the Way.. what was your RFE for? and good luck with the interview...
