    If someone with Green Card wants to apply for Citizenship and her five years like a Permanent Resident is in August. Is possible to apply a few months before she complete 5 years with her Green Card?? (Her initial process wasn't trough marriage). How long can apply in advance for Citizenship before turns five years with The Permanent Resident Card?? Thank you

      She can apply 90 days before her card runs out.

    Contacted USCIS Ombudsman. AOS is currently at 9 months, 1 week and 6 days of waiting :(

    My fiance lives in Nigeria. He is afraid that if i file for k1 visa we will get denied because he he not working at the moment. Does he have to be working for our k1 visa to be approved?

      "We cannot issue you a SSN at this time because your legal immigration status and/or documents will expire before a SSN card can be issued to you"I gave them everything they needed and it took them 10 weeks to tell me this :(

    7 weeks yesterday I applied for my SSN. I got a 4th letter saying "thanks for applying on June 8th...." JUst approve me or deny me for heavens sake!

    Wow, DMV.. .what a ballache! Had to make 3 trips (about 25 miles each way) so Hugh could get the papers needed to apply for a driver's license. Still not done, needs to go for the road test in 2 weeks. Yikes

      New Jersey wont let me apply for a license even though i have my 6 point id. i dont have to have a social security number to get one but i need one for it to be processes. i applied 3 weeks ago for it and im still waiting :(
