      Not sure if you have tried this but have you included your I94 number? Jodie received hers in less than a week and we live in TX. The SS person told us when we applied that she was in the "system" which meant her I94 had been entered. Maybe they can backtrack your arrival this way and may speed up the process. Good Luck
