      When you had already paid your visa application the only thing you do is make an appointment online at USEM and you can have your medical after you receive your appointment confirmation.

      @Elnn & Ten - call the NVC 603 334 0700 inquire about your MNL# for sure you have it already. If you have your MNL# you can pay your visa application and make an appointment. When you got the confirmation you can have your medical.

      Am sorry it's only the passport and 1 photo size 2x2 that's needed when you undergo your medical examination.

      You can pay now your visa application at BPI which cost you 15,400 pesos and set for an appointment for your interview at USEM like what I did today. Let your petitioner sent you the NVC letter at your email and download which you going to present it for your medical examination and do bring also your passport.

    NVC emailed me today, that my application pacakge has been found and is enroute to them from the Vermont Process Center.
