If you got an NOA1 I wouldnot worry about it. The online update system has proven to be so unreliable that it is really useless to look at it in many cases. Ours still says "Initial review" and Alla goes for her citizenship in two days. If you have an NOA1 (receipt) you are good to go.
Increadible!) LOL- " initial review" for your case?:)Ihave seen your profile and understood long ago you are already together for a long time. USCIS site is really not reliable.Thank you)

for sure nothing to worry about as long as you have your NOA1 relax and do the waiting game....
Here you are right) Can`t do anything myself but waiting)

That's a common problem, the USCIS website is not very reliable… sometimes, when your petition is approved, it works on the website then! If you received your NOA1, don't worry.
Thank you very much for your reply .It brings much hope.

I would call them to see if they have your petition. They more than likely have it, but online it may not be updated. But calling to inquire about it would take alot of worry off your shoulders.
ETA: Also have your case number ready to give them when you talk to them.
Sapphire~*~Moon, you are right- but when my future husband called them thay recommended not to call until 5 months pass from NOA-1, I would agree with their statement of non-disturbing them if the case status appeared...but no information worries of course.Hope for the best anyway:) Thank you.

Hi, dear VJ members!
Our petition is in process for 4 months already but when I enter the official USCUS site and fill in our recipe number it informs all the time CASE IS NOT FOUND.
Have anybody passed through the same situation? We are in Vermount Centre-as I follow the timetable of other pairs, some petitions sent after our were approved or touched already. Not our.
What to do better how do you think?
Thank you beforehand)
